Bo DePaoli

Chief Vision Officer

In 2005 Mr. DePaoli began working for ACMS Group, an industrial construction company whose operations included project management, construction management and facility maintenance. He helped grow the business from $3 million to $30 million.

After ACMS, he moved into the fitness sector, buying two failing gym chains entering bankruptcy and turning them around in under a year. He and the team at D3 Enterprises now aim to diversify, scale and grow a portfolio of assets across business sectors.

John Azar

Strategic Partner

John is the Founder and Managing Partner of Peak 15 Capital, a capital advisory and syndication firm that helps commercial real estate operators and sponsors identify, source and secure their capital stack. He is also a Managing Member of MACC Venture Partners, a Southeast-focused owner/operator of multifamily assets.

At Peak 15 he directs strategic development, investor and client growth, and new acquisitions and syndications, heads the investment committee, and leads the Peak 15 coaching program for new syndicators and sponsors.

Francisco is the Managing Director at Peak 15 Capital, where he brings a strategic approach to business development and operations. He leads deal sourcing and vetting, financial analysis, day-to-day operations and business development.
