D3 Capital is a real estate syndication company and a subsidiary of D3 Enterprises. We pool accredited investors’ capital to acquire multifamily apartment communities in the Midwest and Sunbelt, renovate them, and share the cash flow.
The “D” is our founder’s family name. The “3” is for the third generation of entrepreneurs behind it.
